A continuing story

Occupancy 2025 (on sale now)

Symbolizing outstanding innovation in the modern era, the Lumière brothers remain the primary inspiration for Auguste & Louis Condominiums Phase 2. The architecture has been meticulously thought out to offer a play of light that varies from light to dark. The use of light metal in the inner courtyard reflects light, while the muted brick of the building’s exterior facade recalls darkness.

Living at Auguste & Louis Condominiums Phase 2 means embracing a lifestyle that highlights the very best of everyday urban life. This is where the dynamism of the city meets the tranquility of an environment that features green spaces in the inner courtyard and rooftop garden.

Join a visionary and all-inclusive community where everyone evolves according to their aspirations!

Spotlight
on two brothers
Considered to be the fathers of the silver screen, Auguste and Louis Lumière played a leading role in the history of cinema and photography thanks to their invention of the cinematograph. In 1896 in Montreal, the two French inventors organized the first theatrical indoor projection of moving images in Canada, allowing us to enjoy the shared experience of the seventh art for the very first time.
